I am an out-of-network provider with most insurance plans, but will provide a monthly super bill which will enable you to efficiently seek reimbursement with your insurance provider. Reimbursement is based on what your plan covers for out-of-network mental health care, and your annual deductible. If you intend to seek reimbursement for therapy via your insurance, it is best to call the phone number on the back of your insurance card ahead of treatment. Be sure to ask about their coverage of telehealth therapy, their per-session out-of-network reimbursement rate, your annual deductible, and the number of sessions covered per year.
